Prices and Payment

All prices are in £ sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken once we have established that we can fulfil your order, checked details and stock availability and despatched your goods. We do not charge your credit or debit card until we dispatch your order.

Delivery UK

Within the mainland UK we cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within a few days of receiving payment.

Delivery Overseas

We are very happy to dispatch your item anywhere in world. Please email us for individual shipping costs - your item will be dispatched using the most efficient service available with insurance cover included.

Delivery Costs

The delivery costs for the UK are as follows:
between £2.50 and £14.50. Some items are delivered free of charge as advertised.

Purchasing

All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order’s data are not accessible via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. This will apply to your order unless you order goods made to your own specification, perishable goods or goods that by their nature cannot be returned, bespoke saddles and bridles, custom embroidered articles, custom engraved items,video, DVD, audio or software products and the item has been unsealed. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods only. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email, fax or letter.You will then be sent an authorised returns label containing the returns address and a unique authorisation code which must be used outside the package being returned. (Postal charges for saddles and other large heavy items are non refundable unless otherwise agreed prior to purchase).You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. The issued authorisation code for goods being returned to us will be valid for a further 15 days from issue and goods should therefore be returned to us within this period. Should you order, details of this right will be sent to you with your order. If you beleive the goods that you have received to be faulty we will reimburse the return postage paid  AFTER  inspection.
